• One complimentary room night for every 40 room nights actualized on a cumulative basis, to be used over conference dates.
• One complimentary one bedroom suite, to be used over conference dates, for groups with actual usage of 50 or more cumulative room nights during the conference.  An additional one bedroom suite for every 200 additional room nights actually used.
• The option to reduce your room block by up to 15% per day up until 14 days prior to your meeting with no attrition penalty.
• Complimentary meeting room rental based upon 85% of total initially contracted room block being picked-up.
