| Kitchen- Purchasing | Store-room Clerk | Looking for a Store-room clerk to receive and store all goods coming into the Store-rooms; Must be able to do the following: - Ensure all Food & Beverage items received are in good condition and fit for consumption - Maintain Store-rooms in clean condition and store goods in the order in which they are received -- i.e. First in First Out (FIFO) - Fill all Requisitions for goods requested by Hotel Departments - Must be willing to work in Freezers and Refrigerators - Must be willing to work flexible hours including early morning shifts, Week-ends and Holidays. - Knowledge or past experience in Food and Beverage Store-room procedures preffered. - Must be able to communicate effectively in the English Language - High school diploma or GED required.
