The Detox Program at Spa on the Plaza's new Wellness Center at the Portola Hotel & Spa is a six-week immersion program that teaches effective, easy-to-follow tools in the areas of detoxing, nutrition, mindset, sleep, stress, and joy to make a bigger impact and lasting change.
The program is beautifully laid out to give you the best foundation possible, with one week of prep, four weeks of detox, and one week to integrate back into life after detox – for a total of six weeks.
