Dance the Night Away 80's Style this NYE
Do you love the 80's? Do you love New Year's Eve? Well look no further, because the Portola Hotel & Spa is hosting the raddest party in all of Monterey, California this New Year's Eve! Enjoy live music, dancing, a buffet dinner, and an open bar as you ring in 2020 at this righteous celebration! Festivities kick off at 7:30pm on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 for 21+ and older inside the Portola Hotel & Spa.
Dance the night away with your favorite 80's classics! The Rhythm Is Gonna Get You with live music from The Money Band in the grand ballroom and additional live entertainment through the evening by DJ Jon and Captain and Messina. Countdown to 2020 with a champagne toast and a balloon drop at midnight. Before the night ends capture your evening with photos at the photo booth provided by The Vintage PhotoBox™.
With a champagne toast at midnight and an open bar featuring chardonnay, pinot noir, and cabernet, well cocktails, cordials, and beer selections including Peter B's Brewpub's award-winning craft beer. You will be totally ready to ring in the New Year!
And like, duh! Totally come dressed in your raddest throwback to 80's fashion trends including loud colors, excessive hair mousse or gel in your hair, and makeup that makes a statement. Wear your fresh threads, tight-rolling jeans, muscle tees, and your much-coveted gold chain. 80's fashion was all about color, size, and experimentation – more was more! Tuxedos and formal attire are not recommended.

Tickets for this Monterey New Year's Eve event are sold through Eventbrite . Military must show valid ID. Tickets are $150 per person and members of our military with valid ID, can purchase discounted tickets for $130 per person. Ticket pricing includes tax and gratuity.
