The holidays are here, and what better way to welcome your guests then with a yummy holiday cocktail! We asked our bartenders at Peter B’s Brewpub and Jacks Monterey what are the best holiday cocktails, and they came up with some great concoctions!

 

White Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail

Sweet and creamy, the simple but delicious dessert cocktail after your holiday meal.

1 1/2 oz. White Godiva Liquor

1 1/2 oz. Chambord

Shake well and pour over ice.

Having a cozy day in? This coffee cocktail will warm you up on any winter day.

½ oz. Tuaca

½ oz. Baileys

Fill with coffee.

Boozy Grinch

The Grinch may be as cuddly as a cactus and as charming as an eel, but we assure you, this drink is a crowd pleaser.

1 1/2 oz.  Vodka

1 oz.  Midori

1/2 oz.  Lime Juice

1/2 oz.  Pineapple Juice

Elderflower foam

 

Combine ingredients, shaken and strained into a martini glass. Top with Elderflower Foam.

Mistletoe

A holiday drink that is as sweet as the person you’ll meet under the mistletoe.

1 1/2 oz.  Rum

1/2 oz.  St. Germaine

1/2 oz.  Simple syrup

1/2 oz.  Lemon Juice

 

Combine ingredients, shaken and strained into a cocktail glass. Garnish with cranberry or raspberry and mint.

Jacks Frost

Made by one of our bartenders at Jacks Monterey, Jacks Frost is the perfect blended drink for your holiday season.

1 1/2 oz.  Tequila

1 oz.  Blue Curacao

1/2 oz.  Lime Juice

2 oz.  Lemonade

Ice

 

Combine ingredients, add ice, blend, and pour into powder sugar rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
