Portola Hotel is committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility during these challenging times. All new reservations made for 2020 directly on our website will not be charged a deposit upon booking and have a flexible cancellation policy. Existing reservations can be canceled without penalty.
The Portola's on-site reservations department is temporarily closed. For questions regarding new and confirmed hotel reservations email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 72 hours to receive an email response from our team.
Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
We are delighted to assist with current bookings and future group business. Our group sales team is available on a limited basis and we will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.
