Our Cancellation Policy
Portola Hotel is committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility during these challenging times.
- Existing reservations now through May will be cancelled without penalty.
- Reservations through June will follow Portola Hotel’s cancellation policy of 48 hours prior to arrival with flexibility on cancellation requests through June 30, 2020 due to travel restrictions.
Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
