The evening will unfold in the elegant ambiance of the Portola Hotel & Spa's Club Room, where each dish is thoughtfully designed to highlight the artistry and craftsmanship of Copper Cane's innovative, handcrafted wines.

Your experience will begin with a tantalizing Skewered Shrimp Stick, perfectly seasoned with jerk spices, accompanied by the crisp, refreshing 2022 Elouan Rosé from Oregon. The evening continues with six carefully curated courses, each paired with wines that showcase the unique terroirs and visionary approach behind Copper Cane's portfolio.

Throughout the dinner, Executive Chef Carl Ashurst and Copper Cane Regional Manager Crystal Lopez will share their inspirations behind the menu and the wines, offering a deeper understanding of the flavors and regions that make each pairing extraordinary.
