Head to Cannery Row as they kick off the holiday season at their 31st annual Holiday Tree Lighting onFriday, November 28th! This event is always free and open to all.
Get into the holiday spirit with family-friendly festivities to be held in Steinbeck Plaza. Activities will begin at 2:00 p.m. with live music and entertainment including Christmas Carolers, Balloon Artists, a Magical Elf, and of course, a visit from Santa Claus.
The Tree Lighting Ceremony and Santa’s arrival will begin at approximately 5:45 p.m. in Steinbeck Plaza. Following the ceremony, children will be able to meet Santa Claus in his toy factory. Bring a camera to get a free photo with Santa!
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Family Entertainment with a Magical Elf Performance & Balloon Artists
3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Carolers from I Cantori di Carmel
5:45 p.m. – 6:00 – Tree Lighting in Steinbeck Plaza
6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Visit Santa Claus in his toy factory (bring a camera to take a free photo!)
Following the ceremony, children will be able to meet Santa Claus in his toy factory
