As you walk the paths, keep your eyes peeled for sea lions, sea otters, and other wildlife. The Reserve is open 8am to 7pm daily, and has a vehicle entrance fee of $10 per car. 2. Garland Ranch Regional Park

Nestled in the scenic Carmel Valley, Garland Ranch Regional Park has tranquil meadows, creeks, and towering redwood groves. Other features include a waterfall and historic buildings. With over 8 miles of winding paths through forests, this park is a hiker's paradise.
