Spooky Cocktails with an Extra Splash of BOO!

The mixologists at Jacks Monterey here at the Portola Hotel & Spa have concocted some spooky cocktails recipes just in time for Halloween – each slightly ghoulish, yet scarily delicious!

Now let’s get to serving up some drinks!

The Ghoulish Martini
¾ oz. Vanilla Vodka
¾ oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
¾ oz. Frangelico
¾ oz. White Crème de Cacao
1 oz. Cream

In a mixing glass, combine vanilla vodka, Godiva white chocolate liqueur, Frangelico, white Crème de Cacao & Cream with ice. Stir thoroughly and strain into a cocktail glass.

Vampire Nectar
1 oz. Raspberry Purée
1 ½ oz. Aperol
½ oz. Lemon Juice
Champagne

In a Boston shaker, combine the raspberry purée, Aperol, lemon juice & ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice into a bucket glass and top with champagne or sparkling wine.
