Join us for a five-course valentine’s day inspired wine dinner in The Club Room at Portola Hotel & Spa, offering a romantic evening curated by the culinary team at Portola Hotel & Spa.
Set against the backdrop of live music by local musician, Mike Moratta and his International Duo, and Huneeus Vintners' representative, Ray Lemaire, who will share the inspirations behind each pairing, offering an immersive experience into the flavors, regions, and craftsmanship that define these celebrated wines. This exclusive five-course dinner exceptionally pairs locally sourced ingredients and hand-selected wines from Flower’s extensive portfolio.
