Join us for a five-course valentine’s day inspired wine dinner in The Club Room at Portola Hotel & Spa, offering a romantic evening curated by the culinary team at Portola Hotel & Spa. Daniel Williston, Chef de Cuisine and Chantal Forthun, Flowers Winemaker, collaborated to create a sophisticated, yet unpretentious food and wine pairing experience for the evening.
