The culinary team at Portola Hotel & Spa with Flowers Vineyard & Winery will offer a six course pre-fixe wine dinner inside the newly renovated Club Room on Saturday, May 13 at 6pm. Flowers is a Northern California vineyard and winery that pioneered the growing of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines on the rugged coastal ridges of the extreme Sonoma Coast. Throughout the dinner Jordan Crossley, Huneeus Regional Manager and Winery Representative for Flowers, Faust, Benton Lane and Leviathan will discuss the wine pairings and share the history of Flowers.
Each course is thoughtfully curated to enhance the flavors and enrich your palette. The six course pre-fixe menu includes:
