Kayaking

One beautiful way to experience Monterey Summer Bucket list is by enjoying it on the water, and there are so many ways to do this! If you're here for adventure, try kayaking in Monterey Bay. You'll enjoy stunning views of the water, and you'll probably get the chance to witness sea otters, sea lions, and seals up close. Whale Watching

Whale watching is another great way to see Monterey from the water, and it's so convenient because tours are just a quick walk away from the Portola Hotel & Spa. Wine Tasting

Monterey County is a great place to go wine tasting because it's a great experience for wine enthusiasts and casual drinkers alike. Known for it's cool climate, Monterey boasts an impressive variety of wines, so you'll have so much to try. There are several wineries to visit, but Bernardus Vineyards and Winery, Georis Winery, and Folktale Winery are among local and tourist favorites. Enjoy a Bike Ride
