Monterey Museum of Art Block Party | Apr 5

Get ready for the Monterey Museum of Art's 3rd Annual Block Party! This vibrant arts festival, free and open to all, transforms downtown Monterey into a bustling hub of art and creativity. Discover local artisans and makers showcasing their unique crafts alongside dazzling performances and a variety of delicious food and drink options. Participate in interactive arts activities designed for all ages, and enjoy free admission to our latest exhibitions. We invite ages 21+ to return in the evening for a Dance Party under the stars from 8pm- 10pm.

Whalefest | Apr 12-13 10am-5pm

Whalefest Monterey is a free, family-friendly festival that combines science, the arts and history. It is a 2-day event set around Monterey's Old Fisherman's Wharf and the adjacent Custom House Plaza, designed to be enjoyed by attendees of all ages. It features exhibits from dozens of local and national non-profit organizations related to marine science, sustainability of land and sea, and the environment. In addition, Whalefest Monterey features a Symposium where world renowned scientists from local marine science research institutions share their latest research findings.

Easter Brunch Apr 20 10am-2pm

Celebrate Easter at Portola Hotel & Spa with Easter Brunch; one of our favorite spring events in Monterey. Join us for a lavish brunch buffet in the hotel's grand ballroom, featuring a delicious array of holiday favorites. Festivities continue with an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids at 10am & noon, while live piano music by Dave Conley fills the air from 10am- 3pm. Good Old Days Street Festival | May 3-4

Good Old Days Street Festival is Pacific Grove's premier community event and is returning to downtown Pacific Grove the first weekend of May! Each year this FREE event draws a great crowd of locals and visitors, rain or shine! Vendors from multiple states display their arts and crafts alongside a wide variety of food booths stretched down historic Lighthouse Avenue, the largest gathering of arts and crafts vendors in Monterey County.
